Former BET employee Kelly Mayhew’s death ruled a homicide.

A medical examiner has ruled Kelly Mayhew’s death during a botched butt injection procedure a homicide.

“The cause of death is systemic silicone emboli due to cosmetic silicone injections of buttocks,” Medical Examiner spokeswoman Julie Bolcer told the News. “The manner of death is homicide.”

The 34-year-old Maryland woman, who worked as a freelancer for BET, traveled to Queens, New York with her mother on May 30 to get butt injections.

Kelly Mayhew ended up in the basement apartment on Dickens St. in Far Rockaway that doubled as the bootleg plastic surgeon’s office.

As soon as the silicone was injected into her buttocks, Kelly began gurgling and struggling to breathe. Her mother immediately starting giving her daughter CPR and yelled for the doctor to call 911. Instead, the “doctor” grab her keys, hopped in her car, and took off.
