Angela Simmons and her fiancé, Sutton Tennyson, introduced their new baby boy in a People magazine exclusive.
The “Growing Up Hip Hop” star welcomed Sutton Joseph Tennyson, named after his father and grandfather, Rev. Run, on September 22, earlier than the couple expected.
“We thought we had another month to get the nursery ready,” Angela shared.
Ang gushed about baby Sutton saying, “He is a hungry boy. He’s up every few hours wanting to eat. It doesn’t leave a lot of time to close my eyes. But it’s all worth it.”
She also credited her fiancé for being very helpful and hands on.
“He’s been so helpful, doing middle-of-the-night diaper changes and everything. He [baby Sutton] hates being dirty but never wants to be naked,” says Simmons. “We try and get the new diaper on him as quickly as possible to calm him down.”
The 29-year-old is loving every moment of motherhood.
“I’ve always wanted to be a mom,” she says. “So I’m loving every minute of it.”
Now, that the baby is here the couple will focus on their wedding.
