Netflix has released the official trailer for Extraction 2 and it’s just as amazing as I expected it to be!

Chris Hemsworth returns as “Tyler Rake” in the sequel to Netflix’s 2020 blockbuster action film, Extraction.

In the original film, Tyler is a fearless black market mercenary who embarks on the deadliest mission of his career when he’s enlisted to rescue the kidnapped son of an international crime lord.

The action-packed, edge-of-your-seat thriller, was directed by Sam Hargrave and produced by Joe and Anthony Russo, the visionary directors of Avengers: Endgame.

The film became an instant hit for Netflix, so a sequel was a complete no-brainer.

After barely surviving the events of the first movie, Rake is back in Extraction 2 as the Australian black ops mercenary, tasked with another deadly mission: rescuing the battered family of a ruthless Georgian gangster from the prison where they are being held.

‘Extraction 2’ Cast:

Golshifteh Farahani returns as Nik Khan, one of Rake’s closest confidants.
Adam Bessa reprises his role as Nik’s brother Yaz, another of Rake’s allies.
Tornike Gogrichiani plays Zurab, a ruthless Georgian gangster.
Tinatin Dalakishvili plays Ketevan, the target of Rake’s latest extraction.
Daniel Bernhardt is a Swiss-born martial artist who has been beaten up by some of the world’s favorite action stars, including Keanu Reeves and Hugh Jackman.
Olga Kurylenko is an action veteran; she got her mainstream start as the female lead of Hitman and went on to play Bond girl Camille Montes in Daniel Craig’s second at-bat, Quantum of Solace.
