Evelyn Braxton Recalls Barricading Herself While Vince Herbert Abused Tamar Braxton
Evelyn Braxton is still speaking out about Tamar Braxton‘s abusive marriage to Vince Herbert.
During an appearance on TV One’s “Sister Circle” talk show, the matriarch of the Braxton family said Tamar was and is in denial about being abused.
I was very concerned about my daughter, however, if I had called the police, she would have denied it.
Mama Evelyn also recalled a terrifying incident where she awakened by Vince abusing Tamar.
She said when she tried to intervene, he looked as if he were going to come for her.
That’s when she ran back to her bedroom and barricaded herself and Logan inside of the room for the rest of the night.

During a visit to the “Rickey Smiley Morning Show,” Mama Evelyn said Tamar Braxton had suffered black eyes and bruises during her marriage.
This is so sad. I hope Tamar has the strength to go through with her divorce and end this abusive marriage.
