Stuart has claimed the “Entourage” star was withholding payments for the children’s private school, among other things, and accused him of making more money than he admitted.
According to a proposed decision filed in their ongoing case, the judge ordered that Dillon will pay his ex-wife an equalization payment of $1,700,594.
That number is based upon Dillon being awarded ownership of the former marital home, in Malibu, and other assets he is getting to keep. The court also notes that each party is getting assets that value $2,000,000.
During the negotiations, Dillon had argued his monthly income was way less ever since “Entourage” ended, and claimed he only made $11,500 per month.
The court took his reduced income into consideration and lowered his child support payments to $3,174 per month and spousal support of $2,100 per month. Dillon also pays for the private school at around $2,000 per month.
If both parties agree to all of the terms – they can finalize their divorce.
