Sterling K. Brown is on fire!

The “This Is Us” star, who scooped a Primetime Emmy and a Critic’s Choice Award for his role as Christopher Darden in “The People vs. O.J. Simpson,” has just joined the cast of Marvel’s Black Panther!

According to Deadline, Sterling will play N’Jobu, a figure from T’Challa’s (Black Panther) past.

Taking to Twitter, Sterling K. Brown shared his excitement tweeting:

 

The cast of Black Panther is absolutely incredible! You’ve got Chadwick Boseman (Black Panther), Angela BassettLupita Nyong’oMichael B. Jordan, and Danai Gurira, and Forest Whitaker with Ryan Coogler at the helm.

Black Panther is slated to begin production at the top of 2017 and is scheduled to open in theaters on February 16, 2018.
