Drake is sick and tired of playing games with these women he smashes and passes.
The “I’m Upset” rapper has slapped Instagram model Layla Lace with a lawsuit claiming she faked a pregnancy, falsely accused him of rape and tried to extort him.
According to his lawsuit, Sandy’s son met Layla Lace in Manchester, England in February 2017 during his Boy Meets World Tour.
After one of the concerts, he took her back to the telly where they engaged in consensual sex and oral pleasures.
But Drizzy’s attorney, Larry Stein, claims Layla went ham, bologna, and cheese when Drake sent her home rather than taking her on tour with him.
From there, things went completely left! Sis went to social media claiming she was carrying Aubrey’s baby and she even doubled down on the claim during an interview on Shade 45.
In May 2017, Layla hired an attorney and demanded money for the baby, but refused to take a paternity test.
Drake says the entire thing is a scam. His lawsuit states, “There is no credible evidence of pregnancy, nor any baby, which would have been born last Fall.”
But, that’s not all…Layla Lace then went to the New York authorities and accused Drake of raping her during their one night stand in England.
She then hired a new attorney and demanded a multi-million dollar settlement or she would go public with the accusations.
The case was referred to Manchester police who interviewed Drake and cleared him of the charges.
Drake is suing Layla Lace for civil extortion, emotional distress, fraud, defamation, and abuse of process.
