Diddy took to Instagram on Monday (July 15) to announced he has made the decision to bring back “Making The Band.”

The show is slated to relaunch in 2020 with a global talent search.

Diddy wrote:

Now, when Diddy initially threw out the idea of bringing back the show, former “Making The Band” winners began making noise about the return of the show.

Day 26, who was hurt after being left out of Diddy’s Bad Boy Reunion Tour, said they would love to come on the new MTB as mentors.

Perhaps they can be proactive and share their experience with the Bad Boy curse with the hopefuls before they become a victim.

Aubrey O’Day of Danity Kane took a more obnoxious approach by taking to social media and daring Diddy to finish what he started with her group.

She initially wrote:

You had making the band because of US! Dare you bring the TRUE stars back and show YOU CAN FINISH WHAT YOU STARTED.

She later edited the post to read:

OH…AND GO TELL @mtv & @diddy THAT YOU WANT MAKING THE BAND BACK WITH DANITY KANE.. TELL THEM TO FINISH WHAT THEY STARTED!

See Aubrey’s post below.

Diddy didn’t even acknowledge Aubrey’s dare or Day 26’s desire to be mentors.

What are your thoughts on the return of “Making The Band?”
