“Don’t worry if I write rhymes…I write checks!” – Diddy
Diddy gave back in a major way when his Bad Boy Family Reunion Tour made its way to Washington, D.C. on Thursday night.
The Hip Hop mogul presented his alma mater, Howard University, with a $1 million check saying it was for “anybody who can’t afford to pay their financial aid.”

In a post on his Instagram page, Diddy gushed:
Howard University is my family!! One of the biggest blessings is to be able to support those who supported me!! TONIGHT is a very special night on this tour!! I donated 1 million dollars to my alma mater Howard University!!
I love it! Instead of take dat take dat…Diddy gave back gave back!
