David Banner Arrested In D.C.
David Banner was arrested in Washington, D.C. over the weekend.
The rapper, actor, and activist was arrested at the Ozio Restaurant & Lounge early Sunday after a verbal altercation with the bouncer.
Via TMZ:
According to the police report, he clenched a fist and told the bouncer, “I got you n*****, I got you. You a sellout n*****. I got money.” He also allegedly threw money and credit cards at the bouncer during the exchange.
When the responding officer tried to break things up Banner told him, “I don’t give a f*** about no police!” And then he got arrested for inciting a fight.
See video footage below:
David took to Twitter to charge black media to post the truth about the incident rather than the scraps thrown to us by white media.
Black media don't copy and paste. White media throws you scraps and it's your duty to give Black people the truth. Clicks or truth?

However, he never provided said “truth.”
He did tweet:
Club Ozio in #WashingtonDC I hope that you treat the people of the city better than what I experienced last night. If not #shutitdown
