Darius McCrary is closing a chapter of his life now that his divorce from Tammy Brawner has been finalized.

The “Family Matters” actor and his ex have finally reached a settlement when it comes to custody of their 3-year-old daughter, Zoey.

Tammy will have legal and physical custody of their baby girl with Darius having weekly scheduled visits.

But, there’s a catch. The first 20 visits will be monitored. More than likely because of all of the past allegations of alleged abuse.

He must also complete 6 parenting classes and attend alcohol/drug abuse and batterers intervention classes over the next year.

Once all of the classes are complete, Darius’ visits with his daughter can be unsupervised.

Oh, and he nor Tammy are allowed to speak in a “negative, disrespectful or derogatory manner” around Zoey.

Darius McCrary has a lot of ground to cover, but I’m sure he’ll get it done for his baby girl.
