Selena Gomez learned the hard way when she made it very clear she doesn’t give a damn about Black Lives Matter and was immediately dragged for it on social media.
Here’s her response to a fan who asked why haven’t she or her bestie Taylor Swift spoken out about Black Lives Matter:

The actress and singer, who celebrated her 24th birthday on July 22, is now giving her best shot at damage control by releasing a whoa is me message where she says she needs to “rethink some areas of my life creatively and personally.”

While performing in Jakarta on Friday night, Selena was almost in tears as she told the crowd, “I get really frustrated. I get stupid sometimes and I say things I really don’t mean or they come out wrong just because I care so badly. But, at the end of the day – no war in anger is ever won.”
