Ice Cream Conversations is excited to announce we are giving away passes to the Dallas advance screening of STX Entertainment’s forthcoming drama, The Best of Enemies, starring Taraji P. Henson and Sam Rockwell.
About The Film:
The movie, which is based on the book, ‘The Best of Enemies: Race and Redemption in the New South‘ by Osha Gray Davidson, centers on the unlikely relationship between Ann Atwater (Henson), an outspoken civil rights activist, and C.P. Ellis (Rockwell), a local Ku Klux Klan leader.
The duo reluctantly co-chaired a community summit, battling over the desegregation of schools in Durham, North Carolina, during the summer of 1971.
