A crowd of Republicans gathered near New Jersey governor Phil Murphy’s home to protest their disgust with his coronavirus restriction.

The protesters originally gathered to show support for Trump’s legal battles concerning the election results, which they have coined into the term “stop the steal.”

The term is cute, but somebody needs to inform them that the election is over and Biden won.

The protesters had planned the descent on governor Murphy’s home since Friday, and they had a lot to say.

@GovMurphy lives in a cul de sac in a 6 million dollar house. New Jersians are protesting there today and he has the police blocking off entry to the cul de sac, which is public, and is instead having them block a main road. He shuts down our businesses. He shuts down our roads,” a Twitter user posted, adding that at least 12 police cruisers were present, including a K-9 unit.

State senate candidate David Winkler was a proud speaker at the protest.

I am humbled to be asked to speak at the Stop the Steal New Jersey Rally held in Conjunction with a March to Governor Murphy’s House to protest the COVID19 Shutdowns that have destroyed our economy.

I’m out here at Governor Murphy’s street, where we are protesting his unconstitutional orders as well as stop the steal. Currently, Governor Murphy is not letting us down the street. Blocking us from going down the street.

Governor Phil Murphy was a step ahead of the opposition, he had police officers block the protesters from getting to his house.

He wasn’t so lucky earlier this month as he was approached by a disgruntled woman while he was out dining with his family.

This month governor Murphy has halted indoor dining at New Jersey bars and restaurants from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., he has prohibiting indoor youth sports teams form playing teams from other states, and he has restricted Thanksgiving dinners to no more than 10 people all in an attempt to decrease the surging Coronavirus cases.

It baffles me that people don’t want to comply with protocols that can save their lives.
