Xzibit’s Father Passes Away

The rapper and “Empire” star shared a photo of himself with his father and family via Instagram with the caption:

This morning, my father passed away. I am in tears and my heart is heavy. I don’t have the words right now. Dad you are my hero. Thank you for everything you taught me, how you raised me, how you challenged me, how you loved your family. This is tough. I love you Dad. #semperfi

Back in 2012, Xzibit revealed his father had his leg amputated due to his “struggle with diabetes.”

A few months ago, the rapper, real name Alvin Joiner, tweeted:

My father use to say to me when I was f**king up ‘You must suffer the natural and logical consequences for your choices and behavior’ #truth
