Common is adding another role to his acting resumé.
The award-winning rapper and actor has joined the cast of Tate Taylor’s action-drama, Eve, starring Jessica Chastain.
Common will play the role of Michael, the ex-fianceé of Chastain’s character.
Colin Farrell has also joined the cast and will be playing the leader of a black ops organization whom Chastain’s title character works for.
Principal photography will begin in Boston on September 24.
