Christopher LeDay Fights To Return To Work
A day after LeDay shared the video of Baton Rouge police executing Sterling in front of the Triple S convenience store, he was arrested at his job on trumped up assault and battery charges.
When no one could produce a warrant, authorities changed their story and said he was being held on “unresolved traffic tickets.”
Christopher settled the traffic tickets the day he was released from Dekalb County Jail, but when he tried to return to work at the Dobbins Air Force Base in Marietta, they stopped him at the gate and told him he had “security clearance issues.”
Since posting the video, Christopher has been on unpaid leave and hasn’t been allowed to return to work.
It’s very clear his job is retaliating against him for exposing the murder of Alton Sterling.
A GoFundMe page was set up to assist Christopher, who is a father of three, financially. Unfortunately, it has been taken over by racist trolls who are calling him a criminal.
His attorney, Tiffany Simmons, wrote, “Hello any legal inquiries please contact me I am his attorney, SIMMONS LAW 404-461-8422. An account will be set up at Citizens Trust here in Atlanta.”
