Chris Brown wins joint custody of Royalty Brown - gag order on Nia Guzman

Chris Brown awarded joint custody of his daughter, Royalty.

Chris Brown scored a huge victory in his ongoing custody battle with Nia Guzman when a Houston judge awarded the singer joint custody of Royalty on Friday morning.

In July, Breezy filed court docs to establish paternity and asked a judge to set guidelines concerning custody and child support for his year old daughter.

Nia, in turn, filed her own court docs asking a judge to enforce supervised visitation for Chris because she felt he wasn’t capable of caring for their daughter on his own.

The bickering parents fought it out in court and a judge ruled in Chris Brown’s favor granting him joint custody of his baby girl.

Royalty will go back and forth between Chris’s home and Nia, who now resides in LA, every four days.
