Cardi B Asks Judge To Dismiss Tasha K’s $3M Lawsuit Over Gang Threats

Cardi B is asking a judge to toss Tasha K‘s $3 million lawsuit against her.

You may recall the popular YouTube vlogger amended her defamation lawsuit against the Grammy Award-winning rapper claiming she received online threats and had to relocate for her safety.

In court documents obtained by The Blast, Cardi asked a judge to dismiss the lawsuit because it was nothing more than “a transparent attempt to garner media attention and retaliate against.”

As far as the defamation case is concerned, Card B says calling Tasha K a “hoe” or “dumb b*tch” is name-calling not defamation.

Earlier this year, Cardi B filed a defamation suit against Tasha K for saying she was a drug user, a prostitute and had Herpes.
