NBA baller Brandon Jennings and actress Tae Heckard welcomed a baby boy on Thursday.
Baby Jennings is the third child for Brandon and the first for Tae.
Brandon took to his Twitter account to set the record straight regarding the birth of his son writing, “You think you know but you have no idea.” He continued by tweeting, “11/5/15. 7lbs 11ounces 19 1/2 inches.”
When questioned as to why he didn’t announce the birth of his son, Jennings responded, “Y’all just 3 days late. I mean I do have a job. My child isn’t for social media attention. #Watchout”
Brandon reacted to a fan who accused him of low-key attention-seeking writing, “If we wanted attention we would post his pic. Right?”
Tae and Brandon split shortly after he announced her pregnancy. However, Michigan Live referred to Tae as Brandon’s wife when they reported the birth of his son.
Jennings stayed with his wife Friday then hopped a Detroit-to-Salt Lake City-to-Portland flight which got him here in time for part of today’s practice at University of Portland.
“I watched him pop out but then I had to go. I’m getting close,” he said.
Well… congratulations to Brandon and Tae on the birth of their son….and possible marriage.
