Less than two weeks after releasing his new album, Bobby V has been named as a suspect in a Georgia rape case.
According to TMZ, a woman filed a police report in Cobb County, Georgia on Monday, March 19 claiming she was raped by the singer the day before.
Police aren’t saying much because the investigation is ongoing.
Bobby’s rep said, “Bobby takes any allegation against women very seriously. However, false allegations damage true victims of sexual abuse.”
They are also planning to take legal action against the accuser claiming this appears to be a shakedown for some cash.
It as just last year that the singer was caught up in a scandal with a transgender woman.

The singer also claimed she was trying to extort him for money.
