Country music stars Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert are divorcing after four years of marriage.
Blake and Miranda released a joint statement on Monday saying, “This is not the future we envisioned and it is with heavy hearts that we move forward separately. We are real people, with real lives, with real families, friends and colleagues. Therefore, we kindly ask for privacy and compassion concerning this very personal matter.”
This is the second divorce for Blake, who is a fan favorite as a judge on “The Voice.” He and Miranda Lambert do not have any children and they reportedly have a prenup in place.
So, their split should be a smooth transition.
It’s very sad to see another marriage end.
