The rapper, whose real name is D’Juan Montreal Hart, failed to appear in court Thursday morning regrading felony theft charges, Marcus Garner, DeKalb County District Attorney’s Office spokesman told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.
He was arrested last year after allegedly stealing local rapper Robyn Fly’s Cadillac CTS.
Hart, 37, showed up late to his last court hearing and was issued an arrest warrant with a $15,000 bond.
The warrant was removed when Hart finally arrived — four hours later.
Hart was arrested earlier this year at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, after Clayton County police found a pill and a half of Xanax on him.
Police arrested Hart for possession of a controlled substance and a warrant for a traffic offence that was previously issued by Atlanta police.
The judge in Thursday’s hearing issued a bench warrant with no bond.
Looks like Dro is going to be hitting that shoulder lean in gen pop.
