Police have upgraded the charges against Sean “Diddy” Combs stemming from his altercation on the UCLA campus with a football coach.
Diddy Arrested At UCLA On Suspicion Of Assault With A Deadly Weapon After An Altercation With Justin’s Coach
On Monday afternoon, Diddy was arrested and charged with suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon after he allegedly swung a kettlebell at the Bruins’ strength and conditioning coach, Sal Alosi.
Unfortunately, police updated the charges against the 45-year-old Hip Hop mogul to three counts of assault with a deadly weapon, one count of making terrorist threats, and one count of battery.
Diddy was booked into the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Inmate Reception Center by 7:37 p.m. He posted $50,000 bond and was released shortly after 10 p.m.
There are conflicting stories as to what actually went down in Sal Alosi’s office. Alosi claims Diddy attacked him with a kettlebell. Diddy, on the other hand, says he grabbed the kettle bell in self-defense when Sal Alosi came after him.
No one was seriously hurt during the altercation.
The Bruin Report Online posted a detailed account of what allegedly went down.
