Days after being released from prison to a halfway house in Philadelphia, Apollo Nida is back in federal custody.
Phaedra Parks‘ ex-husband was picked up by the US Marshals Service for violating a technical condition of his release.
A representative from the US Marshals Service told Page Six:
He was taken back into custody. I wouldn’t say it was an arrest because it’s not a new charge. It was an order of the court to bring him into custody.
Apollo, 40, was sentenced to 8 years in jail on conspiracy to commit mail, wire and bank fraud charges and was ordered to pay $1.9 million in restitution in 2014.
He was released to the halfway house in Philly on June 5.
Apollo Nida may end up back in the clink for the remainder of his sentence, which ends on October 15, 2019.
