Chicago Man Shot Dead While Live Streaming On Facebook
A 28-year-old Chicago man was shot dead while live streaming on Facebook this week.
Antonio Perkins was hanging out with friends and two of his three small children in North Lawndale on Wednesday evening when he decided to go live on Facebook.
The stream showed “Tony” walking through the neighborhood and interacting with others.
At one point, he turns to his right and says, “Boy, stop playin'” and gunshots ring out.
Antonio is hit twice and drops. His cellphone falls to the ground. Blood is visible on the grass as it appears he is still holding on to his phone.
Chaos and panic ensues as his friends scramble to his aid.
Antonio Perkins was pronounced dead at 9:07 p.m. from gunshot wounds to his head and neck.
