The man who allegedly robbed and kidnapped Tekashi69 this past July has been indicted by a grand jury.

Anthony Jamel Ellison was arrested by federal agents on November 6 for the July 22 attack, where he allegedly kidnapped the controversial rapper and robbed him of $750,000 in jewelry and $20,000 cash.

Ellison, also known as “Harv,” was arrested on Nov. 6 and has been charged with conspiracy to obstruct commerce by robbery, obstructing commerce by robbery and carrying a firearm to commit a crime, court records show.

He’s being held at the Manhattan Correctional Center and is expected back in court on Jan. 8, according to prison and court records.

Ellison was part of Tekashi’s management crew before the Soundcloud rapper’s career became mainstream. Ellison is a known affiliate of the 9 Trey Bloods gang, law enforcement sources said.
