Adele and her husband Simon Konecki have split after nearly 7 years together.
The Grammy Award-winning singer’s reps Benny Tarantini and Carl Fysh confirmed the separation via email to the Associated Press:
Adele and her partner have separated.
They are committed to raising their son together lovingly. As always they ask for privacy. There will be no further comment.
Adele confirmed her marriage to Simon in 2017 after she won a Grammy for Album of the Year.
She said:
Grammys, I appreciate it. The Academy, I love you. My manager, my husband and my son — you’re the only reason I do it.
I’m so sorry to hear they have split, but her next album is going to be fire.
