Omar Epps is being sued by an actress, who claims he broke her arm while filming, “Shooter.”
In her suit, Donzaleigh Abernathy says Omar “completely deviated from the script” and “threw his left forearm with full force at her right arm” breaking it.
She also claims he dropped her on the floor and hurt her back so badly that she had to go to the hospital.
Abernathy is suing both Omar Epps and Paramount Pictures for negligence and assault and battery.
Negligence…okay? But, assault and battery, sis?!
