In the lawsuit, 50 Cent claims he has video of Rick Ross doing a radio interview where he clearly states his intentions to release the video the day before it hit the internet.
50 says he’s only guilty of linking to the video Rozay posted. So, if he loses his case with Leviston, Ross should pay most of the damages.
