The two men who were arrested in connection to the attack on Jussie Smollett have been released “due to new evidence” from interrogations on Friday.
Brothers Obabinjo Osundairo and Abimbola Osundairo were taken into custody on Wednesday at Chicago O’Hare International Airport upon their return from Nigeria.
They were interviewed as persons of interest on Thursday and their home was raided with police who took multiple items into evidence.

Obabinjo and Ambimbola are aspiring actors who know Jussie Smollett and have worked with him as extras on “Empire.”
I am very curious to know what the new evidence is. But, I’m sure everything will come out very soon.
