“We Are Lady Parts” is an anarchic and irreverent music comedy following a Muslim female punk band – called Lady Parts – who are on a mission to find a lead guitarist and maybe, just maybe, get a proper gig. The music comedy series shows the highs and lows of the band as seen through the eyes of Amina Hussein – a geeky microbiology PhD student, who is recruited to be their unlikely lead guitarist. Amina has never, ever met girls like this before, and soon gets swept up in their joyful, anarchic energy and punk spirit. Will she be the key to the band’s success? And – will she finally find a husband?

Domina | Epix | June 6

This epic, sweeping eight-part drama series takes place during one of the most provocative periods in Roman history.  Filmed in Rome, Domina follows the extraordinary rise of Emperor Augustus Caesar’s third wife, Livia Drusilla, played by Kasia Smutniak (Perfetti Sconosciuti, Loro, Devils). War Of The Worlds Season 2 | Epix | June 6

In The Heights | HBO Max | June 11

Lights up on Washington Heights…The scent of a cafecito caliente hangs in the air just outside of the 181st Street subway stop, where a kaleidoscope of dreams rallies this vibrant and tight-knit community. At the intersection of it all is the likeable, magnetic bodega owner Usnavi (Anthony Ramos), who saves every penny from his daily grind as he hopes, imagines and sings about a better life.

Loki follows Thor’s unruly brother as he “pops up throughout human history as [an] unlikely influencer on historical events.” This is made possible by starring the version of Loki from the Avengers: Endgame timeline where he escaped custody with the Tesseract, enabling him to interfere with human history via his own means of time travel.
