Initial reports claim the woman Kevin allegedly cheated with is Monique “MoMo” Gonzalez: MoMo is the same woman Kevin Hart was videotaped in a car with at 5 a.m. in Miami. He laughed off the cheating rumors in a post on social media.

The video released by TMZ reads, “Between the dates of August 17-August 20…the weekend of his pregnant wife’s birthday, Kevin Hart was recklessly partying with my friends and I. Drinking, doing drugs and having sex with multiple women in Las Vegas Cosmopolitan Hotel.”
The video is NOT a sex tape: TMZ reports, “Kevin and the woman are engaged in ‘sexually suggestive’ conduct. We are told it is NOT a sex tape, but looks like it is a prelude to sex.”
The video recording is illegal: The video was reportedly recorded on an iPhone that was propped up on something in the room, which makes the recording illegal.
The FBI is involved: TMZ reports, “The FBI knows who the woman is who interacted with Kevin, and they either believe she is the one who made the money demand … or someone who got hold of the iPhone that recorded the encounter made the demand.”
Kevin Hart is being extorted for millions: The person(s) in possession of the video of Kevin were demanding he pays up to 8 figures to keep them from releasing it. In his apology video, Kevin said, “I’m not going to allow a person to have financial gain off of my mistakes.”
