Tyler Perry has a heart of gold and his good deeds never go unnoticed.
The media mogul has stepped up to help the family of a single mother, who was killed at an Alpharetta, Georgia bank on Saturday (March 16) morning.
45-year-old Tynesha Evans had fallen on hard times. While out running errands with her daughter, she met her on-again-off-again boyfriend, 58-year-old Othniel Inniss, at the Wells Fargo on North Main Street because he offered to help with some cash.
But, Inniss fatally shot Tynesha in the parking lot of the bank just before noon.
An armed witness heard the gunshot and held him at gunpoint until the police arrived.
Othniel Inniss was arrested on charges of murder and aggravated assault with a firearm in connection with her death.
Tynesha’s family was facing eviction at the time of her death, but Tyler Perry has offered to take care of their rent.
Tyler also promised to pay 18-year-old Sharadiant Turner’s Spelman College tuition so that she doesn’t have to drop out.
He is also arranging to fly Tynesha Evans’ body back home to Wisconsin for burial.
God bless Tyler Perry and continued prayers and condolences to the family of Tynesha Evans.
