Singer Toni Braxton has been in the hospital since Monday due to complications with Lupus. Toni revealed she had the autoimmune disease publicly back in November of 2010 and has often addressed her condition on her new reality show, “Braxton Family Values.”

Toni reassured her friends and fans via Twitter that she’s fine and not to worry.

Hey guys! I’m sure you’ve heard rumors about me being in the hospital, they are in fact, true. I’ve been here since Monday but I am fine!
