Forbes’ Top Five Wealthiest Hip Hop Artists List Welcomes Drake
Forbes has released their top five list of 2016’s wealthiest Hip Hop artists and the usual suspects are still sitting pretty with a pocket full of money, but there’s a new face in town.
October’s Very Own, Drake, makes his debut in the top five after raking in $60 million.
The rap star once said he wanted to make $250 million by the time he was 29, fell short of his goal, but I’m sure he has no complaints.
As for the rest of the list….
Diddy retains his no. 1 spot with $750 million. Dr. Dre follows suit with $710 million. JAY Z has no complaints about his $610 million fortune. Y’all better put some respeck on Birdman‘s $110 million.
50 Cent, who usually makes the annual top five list, was missing for obvious reasons.
Congratulations Drake…let me hold something til payday!
