A court clerk has been given the pink slip for asking Meek Mill for money during his trial. Get the scoop.
A court clerk has been given the pink slip for asking Meek Mill for money during his trial.
Wanda Chavarria, slipped the rapper a note asking for money to help pay her son’s tuition at VCU. She said she was unable to secure a loan due to her bad credit.
Unfortunately, Wanda is not unemployed due to her bad judgement.
Lawyers for Meek tell TMZ, the day Chavarria slipped the note to Meek she was serving as the clerk for Judge Genece Brinkley, who ultimately sentenced Meek to 2 to 4 years in prison. Chavarria says the judge did not know about the note, although Meek’s lawyers say, before slipping Meek the note, she verbally asked for money in earshot of the judge.
I guess desperate times call for desperate measures.
I’m too through that she reminded Meek that “IT TAKES A VILLAGE.”
She may need the village now that she’s lost her job. Dang.
