Police and the FBI have joined forces in a manhunt for a suspect who murdered an elderly man in cold blood and broadcasted it on Facebook Live.

In the Facebook Live post, Steve Stephens claimed he killed more than a dozen people. Cleveland Police Chief Calvin Williams said there are no other victims that the department knows of right now. An edited version of the Facebook Live post may be watched here.

“We’ve checked several locations that were either in the [Facebook Live] post itself or from information we got. So far there are no more victims tied to Steve and this incident,” said Williams.

The chief also asked Stephens to turn himself in.

“What happened today is senseless,” said Williams. “I know, Steve, that you have a relationship with some of our clergy in Northeast Ohio. I encourage you to give them a call and then call us and turn yourself in.”

The victim in the Facebook Live shooting has been identified as Robert Godwin, Sr., 74, by Cleveland officials.

Cleveland authorities as well as federal, state and other local law enforcement agencies are all looking for Stephens.

“We know who he is and he will eventually be caught,” said Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson.
